What You’ll Do:
Provide Technical Support:
Offer prompt and effective solutions to IT-related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
System Maintenance:
Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
User Training:
Assist in training staff on new technologies and best practices to enhance productivity.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and processes to improve service delivery.

Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and a variety of software applications.

Ability to think critically and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Experience:
Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred, but enthusiastic newcomers with a strong technical foundation are welcome.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and security principles.
