VPS Walipur

PEB Village Primary School Walipur was opened in 1997 by a resident Presbyterian pastor with the support of his family within the premises of the local Presbyterian Church at Walipur Bura Tehsil Shahkot District Nankana Sahib.

School’s history goes back to evangelists who started missionary schools within or adjacent to chapels with the objective to provide basic education.

The Presbyterian Education Board (PEB) has a vision to revive the missionary school concept initiated in the 19 th  century and therefore adopted this school under the Village Primary School Project in 2014. The property was soon extended when PEB purchased 1.25 Kanal of land and built two rooms and two wash rooms to provide a better academic environment for the students.
